1. Eligibility for Refunds

  • Items must be returned within 02 days,  from the date of delivery.
  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received, with all tags and original packaging intact.
  • Proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation email or receipt, is required.

2. Non-Refundable Items

  • Gift cards or promotional items.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance.”

3. Initiating a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us at hello@jagvin.in with your order details and reason for return.
  2. Once your request is approved, we will provide the return shipping address.
  3. Ship the product back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged or incorrect.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 05-07 days  (business days).
  • Shipping fees, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 Hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

6. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary.

7. Exchanges

We allow exchanges for size or color within the same timeframe as refunds. Please contact us to confirm availability before returning the item.
